All prints shipped USPS, priority or regular mail, at no additional charge. Digital files are forwarded electronically at no addtional charge.

Returns or Refunds

Return/refund policy is full refund for any print returned, by USPS mail, to Stone's Throwe, LLC, 3105 EP True Pkwy # 304, West Des Moines, Iowa, 50265, within 10 days of sale. Before making any return, contact Stone's Throwe LLC at phone [515-] 267-1436 for a return approval. The West Des Moines address is used for shipping and receiving only and is not a showroom or studio.

Digital sales are final, with no return or refund. Delivery of digital image sales is guaranteed, either electronically or by mail. Images not received electronically or received corrupted will be resent until received intact in a usable format, or, if the purchaser requests, mailed USPS in a secure format. Purchasers of digital images may request replacement of purchased files or a resend of purchased files at no extra cost at any time, for as long as the file may be stocked by the company.

Privacy

Information on our customers will be kept and used only as necessary to complete purchase transactions and maintain a client contact list for our company use only. Information will not be shared with other businesses except in the completion of those transactions.

Information kept on contributing photographers shall include any information necessary to complete appropriate tax forms, and will not be shared with other businesses.

About Us

Stone's Throwe LLC is a small commercial photography company based in West Des Moines, Iowa, that began as Reynolds Photography and has specialized in sales of unframed photographic prints since the mid-'70's. Print sales lead to customer requests for digital on-line image capabilities in late 2004 and we went "internet" in February of 2005, joined by photographers Jen McKibben, Toni Kirschbaum, Dave Warner, Richard Hildreth, and Whitney Warner. We hope you enjoy viewing our images as much as we enjoy creating them.
